Architectural Overview

BlueFinity's Reporting Services Data Connector product provides a design run-time connection to MultiValue database schema and data from within Microsoft's SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) product. This connectivity is designed to allow the developer to leverage the full functionality of SSRS against most of the major MultiValue databases. RSDC's major features are:

What is Reporting Services?

Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a comprehensive, server-based reporting solution that can autho, manage and deliver both paper-oriented and web-based reports and services.

mv.NET's Role in RSDC

RSDC makes use of the high performance Adapter Objects functionality povided by mv.NET to provide the underlying connectvity to the MultiValue database. Adapter Objects is a complete implementation of an ADO.NET managed data provider for all flavors of MultiValue databases, offering a standardized read/write interface to database access.
