You can manually create you Entity definitions or alternatively you can import the Entity Definitions from the physical object/file structure in the Repositories area.

The ellipsis at the end of each object/file/table name line has the option to start the importation of the Entity definition from the physical database object/file/table definition.

If you click the ellipsis option for the object/file/table you wish to import you will see the following screen.

You now have the option to change the Entity name (both singular and collective as defined in the Entity section) and review the properties that will be automatically imported.

Use the - or + symbols to remove or add properties before clicking on the "do Import" button to complete the importation or the "cancel import" button to cancel the importation.
